As a member of his middle school band, Roger’s love of music grew and gained passion as he started to write songs. While in high school, local Engineer and studio owner Randy Valdez, introduced Roger to the “Art of engineering.” Roger became intent with learning different techniques and theories; in order to fully understand and master the “art of mixing.” Roger aggressively pursued his Audio Engineering/Pro Tools certification from the Media Tech Institute (Dallas Sound Lab). After graduation, Roger’s understanding for the “business side of music” was groomed. Roger’s learning experiences continue to position him into humbling opportunities which contributes to the way he applies his unique sense of touch to each production he works on! He adds a piece of himself to each song; making it his own unique sound which also vibes with the Artist that he works with.
